Krister Stenbom appointed as the CEO of Finnchain

As our founder and long-term Managing Director, Leena Tuomikoski has announced her well-deserved retirement, Finnchain Oy is pleased to announce that 1st of July, Krister Stenbom will be stepping into the role of Managing Director. We are equally happy that Leena will continue as Senior Advisor and Member of the Board.

Leena: “After over 30 years in the business I felt that now it is time to enjoy life outside of Finnchain and spend time with my family. Krister has been working as a Sales & Marketing Manager in Finnchain for 15 years, so he knows the company, our employees, and the market very well. I believe the company will now get a much-needed fresh approach and bright future.”

Krister: “What an honour to step into this role after Leena! Under her visionary guidance Finnchain has become what it is today, and I could not be happier and more excited to continue from here. We have a strong, experienced, and committed team, which is the backbone of the company and a foundation for my new role as well. I am very grateful for Leena and our Board, that they trusted me and gave me this opportunity.”
